We want you to love every piece you order from WickedFash. But if something isn't quite right, no worries—we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? You can return any eligible item for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

Here’s how it works:

  • Store credit only—this never expires and can be used anytime on your next fave piece.

  • You're in control: Just log in to your account HERE to request a return and follow the steps.

  • We recommend using USPS to return your items (UPS & FedEx don’t deliver to P.O. boxes).

  • You can create your label online through USPS Click-N-Ship—super easy!

What can be returned?
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains, etc.

A quick note:
Returns sent without prior approval may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We also reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy.

  • We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges—but it’s just as easy:
Return your item for store credit, and once it’s processed, you can use that credit to order a new size, style, or color!

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To keep things fair and hygienic, some items are always final sale:

  • Shipping fees

  • Bodysuits

  • Accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased at 25% off or more

  • Black Friday deals

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must report it within 5 days of the delivery date. Email support@wickedfash.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue. Upon review, we’ll let you know if your item is eligible for a replacement or store credit.
