Orders placed as of July 25, 2020 will NOT be eligible for exchange or return. We are taking the utmost precautions to maintain a sanitary work area and insure the health and safety of our customers and ourselves during the pandemic. We cannot guarantee that customers who are approved for exchanges are taking the same safety precautions. Therefore, we will not be accepting exchanges from now until further notice. In general, all sales are considered final. We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility. Claims on damaged or defective items due to our error must be made within 3 days of the receipt of goods. Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for exchange. No refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email email@example.com. Please include your name and order number.
WickedFash is not responsible for reshipment fees. Customers are subject to a $3 reshipment fee for packages that are returned to our facility.
Please do not return packages without approval.
