Returns/Exchanges
At WickedFash, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchange policy:

 

Returns:

You may request to return any eligible item for store credit only within 30 days from the marked as delivered date. Customers are responsible for paying the postage fees to return items via USPS.

We recommend using USPS as the carrier for returns, as UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customers can easily generate their return labels online via the USPS Click-n-Ship service.

 

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tagged, and with no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains. If we receive a visibly worn item, we have the right to deny your return. Please DO NOT return packages without approval, as returns made without approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the marked as delivered date.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for store credit which you can then use towards your new order. 

NO REFUNDS will be issued. Please review the following list of non-refundable items:
* Shipping Fees
* Bodysuits
* Gift cards
* Accessories
* Any discounted items purchased during a promotion of 25% off or more are FINAL SALE.
*ALL ITEMS PURCHASED USING A BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION ARE FINAL SALE.
  
We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility. Claims on damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of the marked as delivered date. Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for exchange. No refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email support@wickedfash.com. Please include your name and order number.
