Return requests must be made within 5 business days from the marked as delivered date. We will not accept returns beyond 14 days from the marked as delivered date.
Returned items MUST be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, tagged and no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains. If we receive a visibly worn item, we have a right to deny your return. Please DO NOT return packages without approval. Returns made without approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility. Claims on damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of the marked as delivered date.
