*We recommend customers use USPS as the carrier for returns. UPS and Fedex do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return requests must be made within 30 business days from the marked as delivered date. We will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the marked as delivered date.
Returned items MUST be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, tagged and no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains. If we receive a visibly worn item, we have a right to deny your return. Please DO NOT return packages without approval. Returns made without approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility. Claims on damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of the marked as delivered date. Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for exchange. No refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number.
*For Facebook/Instagram returns please use the order number from WickedFash.com. This is found on your packing slip and on the front of your shipping label. Order numbers begin with #WF followed by a series of numbers.
