We strive to bring you the best shopping experience possible. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may request to return any eligible item for store credit only. Simply contact us (link here) and include your name, order number, and reason for return. Return requests must be made within 5 business days from the marked as delivered date. We will not accept returns beyond 14 days from the marked as delivered date.
Postage fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You may request a return label to be sent to you via email and a $4.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your store credit. You also have the option to purchase your own label directly from the USPS. Returned items MUST be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, tagged and no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains. If we receive a visibly worn item, we have a right to deny your return. Please DO NOT return packages without approval.

We are not responsible for items damaged after they have left our facility. Claims on damaged or defective items must be made within 5 days of the marked as delivered date. Upon review, we will notify you if you are eligible for exchange. No refunds will be issued. To file a claim, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number.
