Returns:
You may request to return any eligible item for store credit only within 30 days from the marked as delivered date. Customers are responsible for paying the postage fees to return items via USPS.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tagged, and with no perfume/deodorant/makeup stains. If we receive a visibly worn item, we have the right to deny your return. Please DO NOT return packages without approval, as returns made without approval are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns beyond 30 days from the marked as delivered date.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for store credit which you can then use towards your new order.

Once the order has been processed, most domestic orders will ship within 3-7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or 1-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is in the USPS system, we have no control over the time it takes to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK. International orders usually take longer to ship depending on the location and shipping service you choose at checkout. International orders are subject to import tax, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient once the package reaches the country of destination.

If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wickedfash.com so that we may fix the mistake before we ship your order.
Once your order ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees to redirect or resend packages to the correct address.
